What we collect
When you use the assessment form or chat with Beth: your name, mobile number, email address (optional), facility details, and the content of your inquiry or conversation. If a send fails, your draft may be kept in your own browser (localStorage) until it succeeds.
Why we collect it
Only to respond to your inquiry — to assess your facility concern, reply within 1 business day, and arrange next steps (pilot, treatment support, or upgrade). We do not sell personal data, run ads, or use third-party trackers on this site.
Where it is stored
On our own secured server (access-controlled), mirrored to our private inquiry spreadsheet and notified to our team by private message. Reasonable safeguards (encryption in transit, access control, rate limits) are in place.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy, correction, blocking, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@bethesdabiosolutions.com with the subject "Data Privacy Request". We respond within a reasonable period as required by law.
